My wife booked this hotel when we were both planning on staying there. Our plans changed and I ended up staying at the hotel with a friend instead. My wife had booked a room with a single queen bed. This was not adequate under the changed circumstances. My wife called the hotel and spoke with Joy at the desk. We asked for a room with a sofa bed. Joy happily booked us in another room with 2 queen beds without an upcharge. What incredible customer service! Thank you, Joy! We certainly plan to stay at this hotel when we are in town in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

This Microtel has had a wonderful refresh. The rooms are up-to-date, the bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the cleaning crew is exceptional. Not only was my room sparkling clean, but so was the lobby. Immediately at the end of breakfast, they cleaned the entire area. During the week there is a shuttle to take you around town, a couple of excellent grocery stores (Busch's & Plum Market), several eateries including Panera Bread, and public transportation a few minutes walk away. Exceptional value for the money!

Very clean. Above-average breakfast included. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were an unexpected bonus. Ample parking. Nice friendly staff. Great price for this area. The room was well arranged for such a small space. Armoire/closet was a perfect size. Nice little desk area with chair. HVAC system worked great, consistently perfect temperature. Loved the upholstered window seat ledge with additional deep bucket drawers built-in underneath.

The room is very cozy and clean. It is very quiet. No loud air conditioning noise. The car alarm in the parking lot even sounded faint. Parking was free and easy. There are plenty of spots. It's a real smoking free facility. My daughter and I like it very much.
